Since we can't offer a printed hard copy paper to our users and reseller; hence this legal document. If you use own services like domain registration, shared hosting, email hosting, reseller hosting, vps and dedicated server, accepting to work with us, means you have been bonded by this Legal Agreement.

This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to each services we offer you from BoldRight LLC.

1. This agreemnent henceforth stand as a signed document between we (BoldRight) and you (customer).
2.In the case of any dispute, this legal document stand as an evidence of you agreeing to our TOS, AUP and agreeing to working with us and this shall be tender in court of law.
3.If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms "you", and "your" shall refer to such entity.
4. You acknowledge and agree that BoldRight reserves the right to suspend, terminate, deny, cancel or transfer any of your transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion if you violet our policies.
